4. Who will be eligible?

Any Industry Association / Industrial House / Co-operative society / institution registered under the Society Act / Partnership Act  or Company Act or any Government body like GIDC shall be eligible as developer to avail the assistance under the scheme.

5. Assistance Available

• Assistance of 50% with maximum limit of Rs. 10 crore for establishing common infrastructure excluding cost of land and industrial shed. 
• 100% of Reimbursement of stamp duty on purchase of land required for park to the Developer & 1st purchaser of land.

6. Basic Conditions of Scheme

• The Park needs to create minimum common infrastructure. 
• The project to be completed within 3 years from the date of approval by SLEC.
• The promoter / developer of the project shall hold atleast 20% equity participation in the project.
• Expansion or modification / modernization of existing industrial park shall not be eligible under this scheme.
• The promoter / developer of the park shall operate and maintain the park for atleast 5 years

7. Indicative list of eligible infrastructure facilities

• Asphalt road, concrete road
• Storm water drainage system
• Domestic sewage collection and disposal system
• Street lights
• Open & Green spaces
• Water & Power supply & Distribution network
• Entrance gate and security
• Communication network
• Effluent treatment collection / disposal
• Fire station / fire fighting facilities with equipment
• Common storage facilities for raw material / finished products
• Boundary wall
