4. Who will be eligible?
- Any Industry Association/co-operative society/institution registered under the society Act/partnership Act/ or company Act or any Government body like GIDC shall be eligible as developer.
5. Assistance Available
- Up to 25% of total project cost with maximum limit of Rs 15 Crore for establishing common facilities, common infrastructure and additional infrastructures, excluding land cost.
- 100% of Reimbursement of stamp duty on purchase of land required for park to the Developer & 1st purchaser of plot or shed.
- Additional 25% Capital Subsidy will be applicable for the expense done for Hostel / Dormitory within the park and having 100 domicile workers in Gujarat with Maximum cap of Rs. 7.50 Crores.
6. Basic Conditions of Scheme
- The park should be implemented i.e. developed, financed, constructed, maintained and operated as per approved Scheme.
- The Park must have minimum area of 25 acres and minimum 20 numbers of enterprises.
- The Park must have minimum 80% units in the Textile Value Chain.
- The Park needs to create minimum common infrastructure.
- The project to be completed within 3 years from the date of approval by SLEC.
- Expansion or modification / modernization of existing industrial park shall not be eligible under this scheme.

- Streetlights
- Water Distribution system and water augmentation facilities
- Sewage facilities & drainage lines
- Storm water drainage system
- Effluent collection, Treatment and disposal facilities as per norms.
- Security
- Canteen, restrooms, drinking water, primary medical facilities for workers, common parking, Garden & Green space, communication network, Fire Safety / Fire fighting facilities with equipment as per prevailing norms.
